Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater
or any other area
within Thurston County
and you must have
some sort of valid ID
AND the contract
MUST be completed.

What is the Plan?

My Covid-19 Relief Plan is very simple.

This is important. I need to know who you are.
Only when you show up, will you be paid for the
time you spent with me, an hour of your time.
Zoom is just one of many ways you can see my
computer screen as I edit your pictures.
Social media isn’t just a place where your friends and family reside. It is also a place to find new relationships.
If this idea works for you, it can work for someone else, as well. Help me earn back $50, as I help you,
where I would be, in turn, helping the world.
Do you want to have more pictures taken of you? Instead of being inside, somewhere, would your next set of pictures be taken at a park or a beach?

a new way
of thinking!

the same kind of software
to help other people as
how I want
to help people.

it is a rare one,
this site offers high-quality renders
from their artificial intelligence-inspired
illustrations, at 15 megapixels.

Putting a 15 megapixel illustration
on canvas, to hang on the wall,
would create a size around
16 x 32 inches
as a piece of art.

some finished pieces
of art a little later.)

But what if you want
to create something

options to use aspects
of imaging if you are
uncomfortable with your
own body’s image.

Those are just two websites that can
generate a different portrait for you,
but there are other sites out there...

You may have even
seen distorted, psychedelic images,
where the artificial intelligence
will insert faces of dogs, for example,
where no faces of dogs existed
in the original photo.
`
But in my experience,
that can do this better
from that website.
`
As before, with all the
other sites I have mentioned,
you will find this site listed below
with the other sites
I found over the years.
`
But, in any case,
I demonstrate both
website and app to you,
if you are still looking for
an artistic “look.”

You decide the results yourself.
`
`
I am just showing these websites now
so that you understand that you do not
need to even use your own face to make
works of art from them.
`
You can use anything,
any form of manipulation
that your heart desires.
`
ANYTHING.
`
That is what art is anyway.
`
It is subjective.
`
And since those two sites generate
a model from artificial intelligence,
you do not get $50 from me and a
photoshoot with me at the camera.

But you can still work
from home on this...
`
And, as a backdrop to keep that art
interesting, you can use ideas created
to possibly follow basic compositional rules
between the subject and the background.

And while it may be cheaper and
easier to use art created from
a mobile or an online interface,
the image quality can also be poor.
`
The video of the website that I showed earlier,
this is the only site that offers
high quality renders of photos
into works of art with the guide of
artificial intelligence.
`
So, yes, I have used many methods,
online, mobile and desktop
artificial intelligence
programs
for artistic creation.
`
This is called
artistic exploration
and being able to explore effects
like this IS crucial to
being an artist.
`
And I don’t rely on
desktop applications
alone,
like Topaz Studio OR Studio Artist
to get a
“painted look.”
`
I use the programs I showed you above
(such as the program GIMP)
to sharpen and smooth the pixels
on the images I am working on,
so they are not fuzzy, washed
out or distorted in any way
AFTER I enlarge the image,
as the art made by online or mobile
artificial intelligence
would shrink the
image more than
what I want it to be.
`
You cannot put “small” sized images
on “large” sized canvas frames.
`
But any image on Mac and Windows
would stay the same size,
when any of the programs
listed above are used.
`
This is not true with all of the
programs and websites below.
`
Some of them will reduce the size
of the image automatically,
so I may use these following links
FIRST, THEN
I would enlarge the images and
distort them, perhaps
enhance them with
Luminar AI, Topaz Studio, etc.,
but ESPECIALLY
with GIMP.

Who am I?
`
By now,
I’m sure one of (at least) two things are
coming to mind for many people:

EITHER
“Holy cow! He will do all of this and
he will pay me $50 to get started?!”

“This is a total scam.
Nobody will pay anyone $50
to just stand or sit
for the camera, just for someone to
take pictures of them.”

Well, actually...
`
I have been
waiting a long time
to gather the effort
to do this
very exact thing
that maybe you’ve
arrived at my page
to know about,
“How does one go about
the grandiose goal of
eliminating poverty?”
`
It is simple, actually.
`
`
It will be easy,
it will be far too easy
to give attention to non-profits,
civic and social organizations
our time, if not our money,
to change the world
into what we
want to see.
`
I give money because I believe in
the idea of giving money will
make the world a better place.
`
You might not believe me or
believe in my goal in this
particular moment.
`
That is fine.
`
But there will be
no mistaking
the energy
that giving will create
for the rest of the world,
in doing
this work
of service.
`
`
You will see the
transformation.
`
`
You will learn
what will come
when you give as
an expression of
being genuine.
`
This is yet another step
in our global human
development to
become what
we are fully
meant to be.

Creators.

Creators of Light and Love.

Not doing this is
not an option,
especially when the
chance of success
is so great.

We all can do better.

We all MUST
do better
in making the world
a better place.

sustainable
venture.

Obviously, I have been
wrestling with the topic
of poverty for a while.
`
And, until 2021 had arrived,
I didn’t know what was the thing
that I was supposed to do,
until the inspiration hit me.
`
Like going back to the creation
of my website in 2016,
from my ArtsWalk presentation
in the Spring of 2016,
it still remains mostly unchanged
but now,
in 2021,
this is an
entirely NEW level of
artistic ABILITY and
community enlightenment.
`
In 2016,
I actually thought
that this was some of the
most boring photography
that I could do.
`
But I did it anyway.
I did it for the
artistic expression.
`
“Pictures of buildings,
pictures of a local
hot dog stand
in my city’s downtown
area lack
personality,”
I thought.
`
“Only the kind of photography
about an actual person
is what I need.”
`
Photographing a person is a reminder
of character, while a building
just exists (to me).
`
I’ve always wanted
something more than
just a building to photograph.
`
A photographer and a model,
an actual person,
they share a special, inherit
symbiotic relationship
that a photographer can
NEVER have with a building,
because a building does NOT
reciprocate ANYTHING.
`
`
Perhaps you see, now,
that photographing portraits,
especially in the current
economic and social climate,
to not only promise,
but to GIVE financial MOBILITY,
this is something that more
people would be in favor of,
than ever before,
in recent memory,
over any other thing?
`
This is my attempt to
change the meaning
of work,
since we all
depend on money
for survival.
`
`
You should be able
to have a basic
level of
HUMAN
COMFORT,
no matter
who you are,
what you do.
`
`
Sure, you may give me
some dumb label, a moniker,
because of being
involved in this activism,
but I know, I have seen
what additional money
means for a community.
`
Yet again.
I state this.
`
`
It is far cheaper
to push out poverty,
homelessness,
through direct incentive,
even with non profit and
social welfare programs,
than to entirely
ignore the problem.
`
“Well, hey, good website,” people may say,
“but do you have any finished art?”
`
Well, YES!
`

put those videos on YouTube
and Public Access TV.

I was volunteering at TCTV (Thurston
County Television) at the time, which was
becoming TCM, Thurston County Media.
`
I wanted digital art to become understood
and accessible to anyone that
wanted to play around with it.
`
This is why the videos were recorded,
that is why the videos are still available today.
`
`
The frustrating thing about this was that
I wanted this to be an ongoing thing on
the television channels of TCM.
But the facility wouldn’t show video
that I had already aired
on the station before.
`
They have
always wanted
fresh, new video to broadcast.
`
Even on a weekly or monthly scale,
to keep creating video like this seemed
to be an arduous process to me,
where I would be constantly
reinventing the wheel.
`
Over and over, I would
demonstrate digital art?
`
Sorry, it just seemed to be,
more and more,
a waste of time,
the more I thought about
doing such a thing.
`
Well, in 2017, I felt
particularly bold.
`
I wanted to do a big piece of art,
the biggest size that
I could order from Costco.
`
For those who don’t know,
Costco is a bulk shopping warehouse center,
a place that can be a place for many
people’s shopping needs.
`
This is what I came up with, a size
that Costco, sadly, no longer offers:

Fans of the Superman movies may recognize
the colorful illustration immediately above.
`
For those who do not know,
that image on the canvas is pulled
directly from a frame in the film
Superman, made back in 1978.
`
AGAIN.
It really is “bad form”
to use other people’s art
(even grabbing a frame from a movie
and using that image in art you created
without the studio owning that film
having knowledge OR consent
about the piece OF art
that YOU have MADE,
especially if
`
YOU profit OFF of IT).
I wanted to
go HUGE
in 2017 because of
my confidence
in producing canvas art.
`
I wondered what would
it be like to create
such a large picture.
`
I wondered what would
it be like to see
such a large picture.
`
`
So, for the
biggest picture
that I could make
from Costco at the time,
I thought the idea of
a “larger than life” event,
of one’s life being saved
by some flying,
mystery man,
THIS was
something to see.
`
`
And it still is!
`
`
With the art that you saw in the seconds
long video above, the gallery on
Facebook from 2015,
I also ordered this artwork of
Superman in 2017 from Costco,
and I am still amazed at
how it has turned out,
like it really is seeing a super man
be as real as I see myself...!
`

I want to be transparent
as much as possible.
`
I don’t just do this to show
you what I can do.
`
I also want to give you an idea on the
conversations I’ve had with people as
I tried to generate interest
before this public release of my contract,
which you can find at the
end of this page.

For months in 2021, even this website
has been a process in the making.
`
And even today,
right NOW,
I STILL feel a little awkward in doing this.
But I know SOMETHING
MUST BE DONE.
`
In one conversation that I had,
with the shipping box label
of the 40 x 60 inch art piece,
you can clearly see
the price I paid for it,
basically $280.
`
One person was inspired to ask me
to be paid that much, $280,
even in upfront,
since I had afforded that before.
`
No problem, right?
`
WRONG.
`
This is a BIG problem.
`
This is both really sad and
really painful to be faced with.
`
Like anyone else,
I know the value of money.
`
And I also know that
one bank account
can handle necessary need
BUT NOT
unnecessary greed.
`
I do NOT have the time
for such games.
`
I am not your personal bank.
`
I am not your personal lender.
`
I am one person.
`
But with this page,
can I change the world?
`
Yes, for some people,
money is scarce.
`
Meanwhile,
I have a job.
`
But that doesn’t mean I will
freely dispense $50 to whomever
requests the money from me.
`
What I’m doing is trying to
change one
wallet at a time.
`
What this page is doing is
changing one
mind at a time.
`

If we all need money to survive,

I wonder who this

for many American citizens to contact their
elected representation in the U.S. Congress.
