Carl Bond’s plan

for Covid-19 relief;

the Thurston County edition

`

`

Hello and Welcome!

`

I am a photographer and I am looking for people to hire for $50 an hour for one hour of labor.

`

Please see the form at the bottom of this page and fill it out completely if you are interested in joining this revolution.

`

Please do not fill out my contract if you are not a resident of Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater.

`

Due to the ongoing concerns of Covid-19, I will not be accepting applications from those who live outside of Thurston County.

`

I guarantee that I will be methodical in finding the appropriate people for this job.

`

The only requirements for qualifying are that you must live within Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater and you must have some sort of ID (it can be expired, I don't care), beyond completing the contract completely.

`

Why I am doing this:

`

I am in the #YangGang. I've been a huge supporter of Andrew Yang, supporting him even before Covid-19 had struck the world.

`

People should be getting a “stimulus check”
of at least $2,000 a month.

`

True, some people are working...

`

But not everyone is working in this crisis!

`

And because not everyone is working, it is hard to support an economy like the United States on just the limited amount of working employees currently available.

`

This is
NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!

`

It really is obscene that in the past eleven months, there have been only two payments delivered to Americans!

`

Hence, that is why this page was created.

`

It is for you to learn about me, about how we might be able to
solve the challenges we face in America, together.

`

All I offer are ideas, a concept of sustainability.

`

Whether or not there is something that can be gained from my ideas of sustainability, a common, shared goal, this is something that remains to be seen.

`

`

What I will do:

`

After taking pictures of you, I will seek your direction, even as we socially distance ourselves from one another through a Zoom call, as I manipulate the photos I took of you.

`

You will be able to see what I see on my screen, I have more than enough programs on my computer to use as you direct me on the style you want to see in.

`

What I have done:

`

You might have already seen my home page before.

`

You might be asking yourself what else I can do.

`

“What does art look like as a finished item?”

`

Well, here are some photos of my art on Facebook, in a gallery I participated in, back in 2015:

`

Carl's Art from 2015

`

Those canvas prints are ones that I still have today:

`

`

As in Facebook, notice my sense of humor with my facial expressions in the photos above...

`

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

`

In 2016, I recorded myself and put those videos on YouTube.

`

I was volunteering at TCTV (Thurston County Television) at the time, which was becoming TCM (Thurston County Media).

`

I wanted digital art to become understood and accessible to anyone that wanted to play around with it. This is why the videos were recorded, that is why the videos are still available today.

`

`

The frustrating thing about this was that I wanted this to be an ongoing thing on the television channels of TCM, but they wouldn't broadcast video that they had already broadcast, they wanted fresh, new video to present.

`

Even on a weekly or monthly scale, to keep creating video like this seemed to be an arduous process to me...

`

...like I would be constantly reinventing the wheel... over and over I would demonstrate digital art?

`

Sorry, it just seemed to be more and more a waste of time, the more I thought about doing such a thing...

`

Well, in 2017, I felt particularly bold.

`

I wanted to do a big piece of art, the biggest size that I could order from Costco.

`

For those who don't know, Costco is a bulk shopping warehouse center, a place that can be a place for many people’s shopping needs.

`

This is what I came up with, a size that
Costco, sadly, no longer offers:

`

`

Fans of the Superman movies may recognize the colorful illustration immediately above.

`

For those who do not know, the canvas picture is pulled directly from a frame in the film Superman, made back in 1978.

`

I wanted to go bold in 2017 because of my confidence in producing canvas art.

`

I wondered what would it
be to create such a large picture.

`

I wondered what would it
be to see such a large picture.

`

So, for the biggest picture that I could make from Costco at the time, I thought the larger than life concept of just having your life saved by some flying, mystery man was what I needed to see.

`

So, as with the art that you saw in the video above, the gallery on Facebook from 2015, I also ordered this 2017 order from Costco and was amazed at how it turned out, like it really was having a super man before me...!

`

The frame from the 1978 movie is contained in this 47 second clip from the film:

`

`

I want to be transparent as much as possible.

`

I don't just do this to show you what I can do.

`

I also want to give an idea to you on the conversations I’ve had with people as I tried to generate interest before this public release of my contract, shared at the end of this page.

`

On the shipping box label of the 40 x 60 art piece, you can see the price tag, basically $280.

`

One person was inspired to ask me to be paid that much, $280, since I had afforded that before. No problem, right?

`

WRONG.

`

This is a BIG problem.

`

Not only will this result in the automatic removal of me working with you, I will keep a record of such communication coming from you, for my future reference.

`

I am not your personal bank.

`

I am not your personal lender.

`

I am one person.

`

But with this page, can I change the world?

`

Yes, for some people,
money is hard to come by.

`

I have a job.

`

But that doesn't mean I will freely dispense $50 to whomever requests the money from me.

`

What I’m doing is trying to
change one wallet at a time.

`

What this page is doing is
changing one mind at a time.

`

I wonder who this
page might inspire.

`

Not just in my city.

`

Not just in my county.

`

but I hope, throughout

`

the entire United States.

`

Consider the population of just one locality in America at 6,200 people, according to one website.

`

`

I want to illustrate the difference between two people (me helping one other person) from 6,200 others and from 62 others.

`

This the reason for pie chart
above and the pie chart below.

`

The pie chart below offers a different ratio, to show how immense the pie chart above is.

`

The pie chart below shows two people out of 62 others.

`

`

So even trying to serve 62 people in one year would be impossible for me.

`

Why?

`

Well, there are 52 weeks in a year, so I am unable to serve more people than 52 in one year.

`

But *ANY* ratio of people is sized perfectly,

`

for many American citizens to contact their elected representation in the U.S. Congress.

`

Whether or not that you believe that your representative does not
listen to you or care about your needs, if you don't speak up,
you are probably right in your pessimism of government.

`

There are enough of us, however, that are optimistic and that are willing to see things through, because we can.

`

As humans, we have the right and the ability to
change minds, change hearts, to do the
impossible, simply because we can.

`

Here, let this story of one man,

`

a man formerly from Olympia,

`

prove this ALL to you.

`

`

Regardless,

`

whether he paid for the ticket

`

entirely by himself

`

or his family in Hawaii helped him,

`

this is the point...

`

 He got

`

the opportunity

`

to go

`

to his family in

`

Hawaii

`

 even while being

`

homeless!

`

`

If you do things,

`

if you create,

`

there is no limit

`

to your potential...!

`

`

When you create things,

`

...you will be wanted...

`

...you will be needed.

`

`

Creation.

`

It is the solution

`

to our lives.

`

`

`

I’m showing you

`

the path to

`

free your own mind,

`

but you need to

`

take the first step

`

yourself.

`

`

You need to walk

`

that first mile,

`

those first ten miles,

`

all by yourself,

`

before you can actually

`

be surrounded by what

`

you are capable of doing,

`

and your actions can

`

change your world.

`

Only then will

`

 you have less interest

`

in what $50

`

actually means.

`

`

`

Do you wish to have

`

that mindset?

`

Then fill out my contract

`

at the bottom of this page.

`

`

that your income

`

cannot

`

start at $0,

`

`

that your income

`

must start at

`

$2,000 per month.

`

If every single American can get a monthly “stimulus” of
even $1.5k per month by the end of 2021,

`

we are well on our way to addressing the problems
in our own homes, in our cities...

`

...in our entire nation.

`

Can I get you

`

to stand up for yourself...?

`

Can I get you

`

to stand up for your community...?

`

Can I get you

`

to stand up for your entire world,

`

however you define

`

your entire world to be...?

`

 It starts today, it starts
NOW.

`

Fill out my contract NOW.

`

`

`

`

“But Carl,” I hear some of you cry. “Please, one more thing...!”

`

“Carl, please tell us what kinds of apps you used to get those effects on your artwork!?”

`

Sadly, some of those programs have been discontinued
or are no longer work on the newest processor
that Apple makes for their computers.

`

2015, even 2017, it all just seems so long ago, now.
And maybe that’s very true, not just in the computer world.

`

But what I can do is list off the apps of interest
that do work on the latest Apple computers.

`

Or maybe I should also have another platform and laptop to work from, that I can launch and use GIMP and G'MIC...

`

Anyway, however you choose to go about finding what works for you is also something I leave for you to decide.

`

`

`

The applications I use:

`

Luminar AI:

`

`

Topaz Studio:

`

`

Other applications I use:

`

Take note of the next set of links.

`

While it may be cheaper and easier to use a mobile or
an online interface, the image quality can be poor.

`

Yes, I use online and mobile artificial intelligence,
just like I use the artificial intelligence on my
new Mac in the programs listed above.

`

I use the above programs to sharpen and smooth the
pixels, so they are not fuzzy, washed out or distorted in
any way when I enlarge the image, as the art made by online
or mobile artificial intelligence is smaller than I would like it to be.

`

Any image on my Mac would stay the same size,
once I use the programs listed above.

`

This is not true with the programs below. Some of them will reduce the size of the image automatically...

`

Mobile applications I use:

`

Online applications I use:

`

What is your dream for yourself?

`

What is your dream for your world?

`

I invite you to stay in wonderland

`

and for you to see for yourself

`

how deep this rabbit hole goes.

`

`

I invite you to fill in my contract,

`

and for you to see for yourself

`

where your creativity can take

`

you.

`

`

Endless Creativity for an Endless World.

`

This is why I say:

#EatSleepRenderRepeat

`

`

My Contract:
Thank you for your interest! Good luck to all applicants!
